The master bedroom suite has a spacious separate tub and glass door shower. It also holds a vanity with a large mirror. There is also a closet for guests’ convenience. The bluetooth speakers has the option of changing lights, playing music as well as an exhaust fan.

The very spacious master bedroom holds one side table, a king sized bed and also a bench at the foot of the bed.  There is also a large full body sized mirror.

The master suite has a large walk in closet. There is a smaller storage closet in the master bedroom which is kept locked as it is a staff storage area. It is labeled storage.

Each guest gets a starting kit of 4 toilet papers, two towels, two hand towels, two makeup towels and two wash cloths.

Also on the first floor of the vacation rental are two bedrooms. They both hold queen sized beds. There are large spacious closets in both rooms with enough room for hanging and storing. Each bedroom also holds a side table as well as a end of bed bench for sitting. Each room also holds a body sized mirror. 

There is a shared bathroom with a glass stand up shower, a toilet and a vanity. Also a closet in the bathroom.

The back yard lounge area of our vacation rental has a concrete and paver layout. There is a deck that holds a state of the art jetted hot tub with blue tooth speakers and lights. There is a subwoofer as well as neck, shoulder, calf, and foot jets. The tub can also be closed in by privacy curtains and is cleaned after every visit. There is patio furniture set up for chilling and relaxing as the little-ones roast marshmallows around the fire-pit.

There is an option for bicycle usage if guests would like to explore our community and boardwalk. These and more can all be enjoyed after an optional day of surfing and funning at Rockaway beach. Rockway beach is the only legal surfing beach in New York City.

Specific to our guest is also an option for an in-ground pool at an extra fee if you so desire.

There is also an option for an inflatable igloo to enhance the mood or for use on cooler days.

At the entry of our vacation rental, there is a large closet and a bench. It is spacious with four accent chairs and a large pull out couch for two extra guest.  There is a 55 inch television that is equipped with Disney Plus and AMC.

The dining area has an island that seats four. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans as well as other convenient utensils for everyday living.

The fridge has an ice maker as well as filtered water. There is ample cupboard space and a pantry available. In the pantry guest can find a coffee maker, electric hot water kettle and a toaster. Each room has an ironing board and the iron is located in the pantry. There are also utensils for children. We also have a pack and play for families’ convenience as well as a high chair upon request.
